➜ Tickets: Each ticket includes: 3 Course Meal, Bar Tickets, Optional transportation back to York & Awards
➜ When: Even starts on April 2, 2026 at 5:00PM at Borgata Event Centre

➜ Who: This trip is open to all Stong Constituents and Stong alumni, as well as current York University students and Non-York students (guests of constituents). However, first priority for ticket sales will be given to Stong Constituents.

Waiver: In order to attend the formal, all guests must fill out the mandatory formal waiver.
Dietary Restrictions: If anyone at your table has a dietary restriction you NEED to enter it on this form. Please try to be specific as possible and ensure that you check with everyone at your table before submitting. If anyone needs their food held due to religious observance, please indicate it on this form as well.
Group Size: Please only fill out the form if you have a FULL table of 10, group of 2, or group of 5. Make sure you include the dietary restrictions for your entire table! If a person at your table is not a student, add the name of who they are a guest of. IF THE WRONG NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE ENTERED, WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR REQUEST IS ACCOMMODATED.
Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE: You are responsible for purchasing the correct ticket type; all tickets will be checked. Those who purchase the incorrect ticket will have their ticket cancelled with no refund
